FRUIT AND VEG DIET To cleanse out my body and to lose the extra weight I've got hovering around my love-handle area I've decided to go on a fruit and veg diet. I'm combining this with my recently enflamed gluten sensitivity to hopefully change the way I eat.
Until I see fit to stop, I will: Eat as much as I like of any fruit that's not in the prohibited category. Smoothies will be my staple.
The following foods will not be consumed: White rice Gluten Bread or baked goods of any sort, other than sprouted grain breads
The following things will not be consumed more than once every three days: Potatoes Sprouted grain breads Sweeteners such as maple syrup and agave nectar Earth Balance
The following things will not be consumed more than once a day: Tofu, tempeh, etc. Oil Nuts
I will still drink coffee, because I love it so much.

yesterday... breakfast: two pieces toast with nut butter and jam, half of an apple. lunch: a poppyseed bagel with mustard, avocado, tomato and soy cheese. dinner: instant noodles. evening snack: half a bagel, three frozen grapes.
breakfast: one waffle with real maple syrup. half of an apple with mystery nut butter. morning snack: eight grape tomatoes. lunch: one half of an avocado. afternoon snack: the other half of the avocado. dinner: two pieces pita with homous, a bowl of mixed bean, tomato and avocado salad.
(i've had so much avocado and tomato today.)

My waist is at 24". Twenty-four. Damn. I'm so happy about that.
YESTERDAY: Breakfast: a bowl of Vector with soy milk. Lunch: an English muffin with avocado, sweet onion mustard, tomato, eggplant and lettuce. Supper: salad - Romaine lettuce with black beans, garlic, tomato, avocado and fried tofu. Dessert: a Razzledazzle popsicle.

For the last few days I've been hovering at 108lb. Three to go til goal. Six to go til I'm happy.
1:30pm: Several forkfuls of french vanilla cake with chocolate icing. A bowl of mashed potatoes with Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream. 3:00pm: Three mini Twizzlers. 4:00pm: A piece of that dreadful cake.
Today has been a baaaaaad day.
Yesterday... Breakfast: Mashed potatoes with melted soy cheese. Lunch: A twelve grain bagel with Tofutti sour cream, sliced soy cheese, sliced avocado, sliced tomato. Dinner: Three mini Twizzlers, some crackers with soy cheese and tomato.

5:00pm: A toasted bagel with soy mozzarella, black bean tofu, tomato and sprouts. 8:30pm: Mixed beans (white, garbanzo, kidney) with olive oil and pepper, mixed in with small cubes of avocado and tomato, and grated soy mozzarella. 9:30pm: A handful of mixed nuts and fruit.

12:00pm: A small bowl of mixed nuts and fruit. 3:30pm: Half a can of Amy's Butternut Squash soup (I added some vanilla soy milk, cinnamon and pepper) with a toasted tomato, cucumber and baked tofu sandwich on flax grain (plus pepper, eggless mayo and sweet onion mustard). Five slices of cucumber on the side and a glass of soy nog. Too much food! 7:00pm: A taco salad-like thing. Yves Ground Round with chunks of tofu, sauteed in tomato sauce, served on top of lettuce, tomato and avocado. 11:00pm: A small bowl of mixed nuts and fruit.

1:30pm: Two waffles with maple syrup & a kiwi. 1:45pm: (To make up for missing lunch) Stoned wheat crackers with soy cheese, tomato slices and green olives. 7:30pm: Two small slices of pizza -- white dough, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green olives (so addicted to them), faux Italian sausage, faux chicken, soy cheese.
I eat too many fake meat and cheese products. I'm going to get cancer of the vegan.

I weighed myself last night at A + S's house. I weigh more than I have ever weighed before -- I mean, mind you, this was after a bit of drinking, fully clothed, and after a day of eating lots, but still -- and it's okay. I am totally cool with it.

1:30pm: Two Lifestream vegan frozen waffles with pure maple syrup. 2:50pm: A bagelwich. One sesame bagel, sliced in half, with eggless mayo, sweet onion mustard, sliced pickles, sliced grape tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella-flavoured soy cheese, with green olives on the side and a tall glass of white cranberry juice. I'm living the high life, right here. 10:30pm: A bowl of pasta with tomato-basil sauce, fried Gimme Lean! fake Italian sausage, and garlic. Soy cheese melted on top. A handful of grapes while I made it.

An English muffin, half with natural peanut butter and banana slices and half with Earth Balance. 1:45pm: A large helping of Michael Jackson verdict. Puke. 7:00pm: A couple of handfuls of mixed nuts and fruit. 8:30pm: One veggie taco, black beans, rice, and corn chips with guacamole. 2:30am: One English muffin, half with jam and Earth Balance, half with Earth Balance only... just because I need to take my pills with food!
